Barbara Louise Amick Yurkovich

 

Barbara Louise Amick Yurkovich, 78, of Overland Park, Kansas passed peacefully with several dear friends at her side on March 11, 2023. Barb was born on December 11, 1944 in Elizabeth, New Jersey to Erwin and Dorothy (Rose) Amick. Her life’s journey took her to the University of Illinois where she met her beloved husband, David Paul Yurkovich, who preceded her in death five weeks earlier. Barb was also preceded in death by her parents and her older sister, Gail Pasiuk.

 

A celebration of Barb’s life will be held at 11:00 AM on Friday, April 14 at Gate of Heaven Catholic Cemetery, 126th and Parallel Parkway, Kansas City, Kansas.
