It is with deep sorrow that I announce with my partner of 36 years, James Shively, the death of my mother, Brenda Irene (Corbin) Scoggin who left this physical plane on November 26, 2024 after a well humored and good life. Full of love, sarcasm, wit, and a resilience untouched by most, she touched the lives of all who truly knew her.
To commemorate her incredible journey and to celebrate her and the love she spread, a CELEBRATION OF BREN will be held in her honor in April of 2025. We invite all who knew her to join us in remembering a truly remarkable woman.
