Carlos "Cowboy" Manuel Palacio, Sr.

On August 3,2023 Carlos Manuel Palacio Sr, a loving son, brother and father of three was called home at the age of 45. 

 

Carlos (Cowboy) Palacio Sr. was born February 2,1978 in Kansas to Susan Palacio and Harold (Hawk) Hawkins. Carlos is survived by his long time companion Vera his children Gabriel Palacio Carlos Palacio Jr and Esperanza Palacio  his mother Susan Palacio (Jose) brothers John Palacio Edward (Jesse) Palacio (Ana) sisters Veronica Palacio (TJ) JoAnn Palacio Jessica Palacio (Cornell) and many aunts uncles and cousins that loved him.

 

Carlos (Cowboy) Palacio Sr. is preceded in death by his maternal grandparents Juanita (Connie) Cortinas and Manuel Palacio Sr. his father Harold (Hawk) Hawkins his paternal grandparents Shirly and Harlis Hawkins his uncle Ronald (Ron-T) Esparza cousins Dominic Palacio Mark Palacio and Michael Palacio.

 

Visitation will be held at 5:00 PM on Friday, August 18, 2023 at Kansas City Funeral Directors, 4880 Shawnee Drive, Kansas City, KS  66106.  A memorial service will start at 6:00 PM until 7:00 PM.
