Charles H. Connor

Charles H. Connor, 71, of Kansas City, Kansas passed away on June 3, 2025 surrounded by his family. Private family services.

Charles is survived by his wife, Jonnie; sons: Charlie (and his mother, Vicki Dees); and Christopher (Angie Roach); stepson, Danny Florez; daughter in law, Janel Florez; adopted daughter, Geneva(Sissy) Hampton; brothers: Gary Conner, and Leonard (Elva) Conner; grandchildren: Davian Elijah (Sierra); Zachary Florez; Carson Connor; and Harrison Connor; four great-grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews. And his “Charlie’s Angels” – Heather, Julie, Shiela, and Amy.

Charlie was a heavy equipment operator for Local 101. He loved his camping at Lake Perry; boating; skiing; and fishing. He especially loved to travel with Meyer 5 Racing to watch the Meyers Race; and be an “honorary pit crew” member. To his legacy he never knew a stranger.
