Cristian Raul Alexander

Cristian Alexander was born May 3, 2010 to Yessica (Salazar) and Carlos Alexander, in Kansas City, Kansas.

Cristian attended Turner High School. Throughout his short, yet well lived life, Cristian left an indelible imprint on everyone who crossed his path with his old soul and gentle spirit. Cristian was truly unforgettable - just like his favorite Nat King Cole song. His parents, family, and teachers describe him as a gentle giant with a loving and caring soul and a heart larger than his stature. Cristian touched many lives with his warm smile and genuinekindness.

Christian departed this life September 25, 2025. He leaves behind to cherish his memories his parents, Yessica (Salazar) and Carlos Alexander, Carlos Sabastion Leonidus Alexander (brother), Yessenia (YaYa) Alexander (sister), grandparents Adrian Raul and Alicia Groves Salazar (Kansas City, KS), Melvin and Ruthie Tyner (Shreveport, LA), aunts - Erika Adriana Salazar, Alicia Salazar Neupane, Shanna Travis, Katina Hyson (Tommie), Shastine Bonillas (David), Issa Tyner, uncles - Melvin Tyner II, Marlyn Tyner (Kamisha), Justin Tyner, Michael Tyner (Caitlyn), cousins, extended family, and a community of educators and dear friends.

A TRIBUTE TO OUR SON

Cristian, a beautiful angel, walked, smiled, laughed and touched the lives of thousands in a fifteen-year flash. He will forever be remembered through all the lives he touched in his rare and special way. Our son was the only human we have ever known and had the pleasure to witness to never speak a negative word or show another human anything other than a constant unlimited flow of kindness. Diagnosed with a disability as a baby that the world thought would limit him, actually made him flawless, blameless and perfect. Cristian, like the North Star, was one in a billion. The Dalai Lama is remembered for saying, "Be kind whenever possible. It is always possible." Cristian, lived this principle. Instead of looking for a good person, he inspires us all to like him, just be one. He was not only a son, but he was his father's best friend and everyone celebrating his transition to immortal life. Dry your tears and weep no more, but rather allow your heart to be filled with the joy and happiness he leaves behind and find comfort in knowing he now lives in eternal joy, happiness, peace.

Visitation will run from 11:00 AM to 12:30 PM at CenterPointe Community Church, 401 N. 78th St., Kansas City, Kansas 66112.Service will begin at 12:30 PM.
