Deanna Lynne Hanson (Denny) was called to the Lord on March 15th 2024 at her home in Linwood, Ks
Deanna was Born in Lawrence, Ks on October 11, 1958 to Robert Dean Parks & Mary Kay Holmes Parks. She Graduated from Shawnee Mission East High School in 1976. During the time Deanna was starting her career she met the love of her life of 41 years Richard Hanson.
Deanna is preceded in death by her Father Robert Parks, Her Step-Father Charles Reno, Grandparents Harold & Clara Holmes, and her Brother Joshua Reno.
Deanna is survived by her Mother Mary Kay Reno(Linwood, Ks), Husband Richard Hanson(Linwood, Ks), Her 3 daughters Sarah Brown(Dominic-Kcks), Lindsey Hanson (Kcks) Kelsey Betow(Alex-Overland Park, Ks) Her Brother Hugh Reno(Linwood), Mother & Father n law Charles & Betty Hanson(Shawnee, Ks), Sister n law Debbie Henry(Phil-Kcks) 8 Grandchildren, Dominic, Emiliano, Araceli, Emma, Xander, Ever, Sofia, Angelina, 1 Great Granddaughter Adelina. Nieces & Nephews Leah Pruitt(Chris), Nathan Henry(Ashley), Ryan Henry(Chevy), Lots of Great Nieces and Nephews as well.
Deanna’s Hobbies consisted of collecting all types of Pig items, Competing in BBQ Competitions with her husband Richard under their team name Vagabond.
She loved making homemade Beef Jerky and her yummy BBQ sauce for Family and Friends. She enjoyed being outside, making her Garden and plants look beautiful with her special touch.
She was the Matriarch of her family and was loved dearly and will be truly missed.
