Drew Michael Peters (34) passed away peacefully on April 23 2025 in Overland Park, KS. He was born in Waterloo, IA. on April 3rd 1991. Drew's final days were surrounded by family and friends telling amazing stories. With his contagious laughter, showcasing his love and how many lives he touched. Drew had such a caring, loving and tender heart. He had a sincere love for animals and helping people in need.

He had a passion for music and art. His family dogs throughout his life were Sarah, Dusty and HayDeez who were spoiled with love and affection from him. Drew had a special talent of chopping and combining music into samples and new songs with hundreds of thousands of views on YouTube channels.

Drew's biggest skill was his talent and creativity in his art. Drew could look at or think of anything and create a beautiful piece of art that always meant something to him. That he gave to many of his friends and family. His drawings were so good that some were featured at the Kansas Art Institute while he was in high school. Drew enjoyed KU basketball, rapper Tech 9 and his extreme fandom for his beloved Kansas City Chiefs.

He was preceded in death by his grandparents: Lorretta Peters, Ruth Bergstrom, Arlan Bergstrom. Uncles: Nick Peters Jr., and John Bergstrom and step mother - Kristin Stainbrook. He is survived by his Mother: Stacy Peters Buchanan (Greg Buchanan) in Overland Park, KS, Father: Brent Bergstrom in Denver, CO . His Grandfather: Nicholas Peters Sr. (Karla Peters) in Parkersburg, IA. Step brother: Jake Buchanan (Alison Mccombs Buchanan) in St Louis, MO. and many Aunts, Uncles and cousins.

A Celebration of life will be determined on a future date.
