Fredric Eugene Clark, 95 of Lenexa, KS, passed away on Monday, March 30th at his home.
Fred was born on November 13th, 1930, in Savannah, MO to Floyd and Ella Clark. He grew up in Elsmore, Kansas and attended Elsmore High School. Fred graduated from Washburn University in 1954. He graduated from the UMKC School of Dentistry in 1957. He completed his master’s degree in Oral and Maxillofacial surgery in 1960. He practiced in Topeka from 1960 to 2000.
Fred was a member of Omicron Kappa Upsilon honorary fraternity, Kansas Dental Association, American Association of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons, Past President of Kansas Oral and Maxillofacial surgeons and staff volunteer at the Marion Clinic in addition to the Veterans Administration Hospital in Topeka.
He had a passion for family, loved playing golf and was a fan of our local sports teams. His humor was subtle and his demeanor engaging.
Fred is survived by his wife of 31 years Kay, his three sons Alan Clark ( Renee ), Sam ( Casey ), Cooper ( Susan ), four stepchildren, Lori Davey, BJ Magistro ( Mandy ) , David Magistro ( Meghan ), Maggie Magistro and 11 grandchildren , Jeremiah Clark, Alex and Max Clark, Zoe and Sophia Clark, Christian, Louden, and Cameron Davey, Braden Magistro, Harper and Griffin Magistro.
Fred was preceded in death by parents Floyd and Ella Clark, siblings Betty (Clark) Price, Dorothy (Clark) Harp, Roberta (Clark) Holt, Donald Clark, and Bill Clark
A celebration of Life will be held on Thursday, April 9th, 2026, at 10:00am at Kaw Prairie Community Church 9421 Meadow View Dr. Lenexa Kansas.
