Glenda was born August 5, 1946 to Charlie and Ruth Hay in Paola, KS. Glenda married Harold Harris on July 19, 1963 and celebrated 59 years of marriage last July.

She retired from Gear For Sports. She was an avid sewer, crafter and Jewelry maker. She sold her handmade T-shirts at craft shows all over the Metro area for many years.

She is survived by her husband, Harold Harris of the home; one brother, Alvin and one sister, Lena; two sons, Les Harris, Kansas City, Ks; Brian Harris, Lansing, Ks; former daughter in law, Lori Rains, Kansas City, Ks; three grandsons, Christopher (Larisa) Harris, Garden City, Mo; Stephen Harris, Garden City, Mo; Jeffrey (Music Medley) Harris, Lees Summit, Mo; two granddaughters, Malory Harris, Lansing, Ks; Susan Harris, Lansing, Ks; and 7 great grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents, three sisters, one brother and one great grandson.
