Jo Anna Palacio

Jo Anna Palacio (Jojo) known to most, grew up in Kansas City Kansas. She attended Emerson Elementary School, Argentine Middle School and JC Harmon High School. Jojo worked at St. Teresa’s Academy, she was one of those co-workers that cared about everyone and made sure they always have something to eat.

Jojo was a family member you could turn to; she was always willing to help to listen to give her “jokingly” but serious opinion about the situation. She loved hanging out with family, having family cookouts listening to music and just randomly picking up one of her nieces or nephews to take a drive she just simply enjoyed living in the moment. She was without a doubt the life of the party, anyone who knew her felt this way about her.

Jojo, who was a twin, portrayed herself as the meaner one of the two. Her kind soft spoken genuine heart spoke otherwise. Her smile and unique spirit would light up the room; she will forever be the candle that lit our hearts with happiness and wisdom. Jo Anna (Jojo) Palacio will be deeply missed by all those who knew and loved her.

Jo Anna Palacio is preceded in death by her brother Carlos M. Palacio, grandmother Juanita (Connie) Rivera, grandfather Manuel Palacio Sr., uncle Ronald (Ron-T) Esparza, cousins Michael Palacio, Mark Palacio and Dominic Palacio.

Jo Anna Palacio is survived by her mother Susan Palacio and stepfather Jose Arredondo bothers John Palacio and Edward (Ana) Palacio sisters Veronica (Timothy) Palacio and Jessica (Cornell) Palacio her goddaughter Abriana Palacio-Moore and a host of nieces, nephews and great nieces and nephews whom she loved as her own.
