Judith Kay (Warr) McRoberts

Judith Kay (Warr) McRoberts passed away on March 22, 2023. She was born on March 7, 1941 in
Independence, MO and remained a lifelong resident in the Kansas City Area. She graduated from the
University of Kansas City (UMKC) with Honors with a Bachelor of Arts in Education. She loved the
performing arts and worked as a volunteer in the field well into her 70’s. Professionally, she was an
accountant and small business owner of Natural Sleep Waterbeds.

Judy was married to Carroll B. McRoberts (Mac) from 1980 until his death in 1998. She is survived by
her two step-children, Carol (Scott) Smith and Steve (Stephanie) McRoberts; grandchildren Jordan
(Jessie) Smith, Dillon (Mary) McRoberts, Logan Smith, Cary McRoberts, Alec Smith, Keegan McRoberts
and Ian McRoberts and great-grandchildren Riley and Olivia Smith.

She leaves us with a hope of grieving tears being replaced with thoughts of the happy times, laughter
and joy of life she shared with us.

A small remembrance gathering will be held on 4/5/23 in the Leawood room at Leawood Town Villages
4400 W. 115 th Leawood, KS.
