Kenneth "Kenny" Lee White

Kenneth (Kenny) Lee White,71, finished his earthly journey Saturday night May 9th, 2026. He left this world in the same house where his parents, Walter and Louise White, brought him home from the hospital almost 72 years ago. Kenny lived a colorful and interesting life. He graduated from Rosedale High School in 1972; he then joined the Navy from 1973-1975 and served until the end of the Vietnam War. Kenny did all kinds of work throughout his life, from working at Santa Fe railroad to jobs as a pharmacy technician and other jobs in-between but later manufacturing assembly industry (later bringing in Marcellina to learn alongside him). He married twice, to his first love Laura Vance (Deanna Ambrose) and had one child Kelly Marie White. He met his last love Anita Montes (Marcellina Montes) through their best friends Yolanda Aguilar McGill and Manuel Aguilar; and were married 20 years as of April 21, 2026.

Kenny had many hobbies and enjoyed many things in life, he loved working on cars and was especially happy working on cars with his dad and his Uncle Richard who taught his everything about cars and how to fix them. He LOVED music and played many instruments but the guitar was his favorite. He loved nature going fishing and camping, he traveled all over the country and also during his time in the Navy. He loved watching Nascar, the last thing he watched on television was the Nascar O’Reilly race Saturday afternoon. He also would watch and learn about racing and fixing race cars because his dad and Uncle Richard would race cars at the old Riverside race track. He could tinker and fix almost everything being such a methodical thinker. Kenny entered the Catholic Church April 11, 2009 after taking instructional classes through the RCIA at Holy Family Catholic Church KCK under Fr. Peter Jaramillo. He loved listening to stories from Anita, a cradle Catholic, about growing up Catholic. And he developed a love for Our Lady of Guadalupe.

Kenny leaves many friends and some family who were so very loving and checked on him often. He made an enormous amount of friends from every path he was on in life. Joaquin & Donna, Frank and Joy and Jeff and Lesli and Manuel & Donna are our angels and all whose condolences and generous memorials touched us in ways you cannot imagine. All would stay within his heart until his passing.

Kenny was proceeded in death by his loving parents Walter & Louise White, his maternal and paternal grandparents, cousins Nancy Gilbert and Rusty Quick and many other aunts, uncles, and cousins. Kenny is survived by his wife Anita Montes-White of the home and first wife Laura Allman, Peoria AZ. Daughters Kelly Marie White James, Peoria, AZ, Deanna Ambrose Fussy, Peoria AZ and Marcellina Sheppard-Montes (Justin Sheppard), Pleasant Hill MO. Grand children Alexis Flint, Alyssa Kiser, Dylan Ambrose, Ryan Israel, Jacob Cermak, Levi Sheppard-Montes, Wyatt Sheppard and Natalie Sheppard.
