Leonel Lozoya-Esparza, 19, passed away on August 24th, 2026. He was born on September 27th 2006 in Kansas City, Kansas. He leaves behind a loving mother, two older brothers, two older sisters and a young niece. Leonel grew up loving soccer and music. He loved writing songs and rapping. Leonel loved his family and his dogs, Chapo and Tootsie. He had dreams of kicking off a rap career and buying his big sister a Jeep Wrangler when he had his breakthrough. His family and friends love and miss him very much.
Visitation begins at 10:00 AM on Friday, September 18, 2026 at St. John The Evangelist Catholic Church, 2910 Strong Ave, Kansas City, KS. Mass will begin at 11:00 AM. Burial will follow at Bonner Springs City Cemetery, Bonner Springs, KS.
