Louise Ann Germonprez

Louise Ann Germonprez, 83, of Topeka, passed away Sunday January 4, 2026, at Hospice House in Olathe, KS.

Louise was born December 1, 1942, in Peabody, MA the daughter of George R. and Mildred A. (Husson) Pepper.

She dabbled in many creative pursuits throughout her life, including ceramics, leather-work, drawing and painting horses, needle pointing, and crocheting. She delighted in collecting Ginny dolls, light houses, gnomes, and music boxes. A devoted Elvis fan and an avid reader, she also loved word games and could happily spend hours watching and sharing TikToks.

Louise was married to John Thomas Germonprez on October 6, 1962, in Bedford, MA. John passed away on February 26, 2009.

Louise was an accountant at the Kansas Bureau of Investigation (KBI) before she retired.

Other survivors include; one son Mark Adam Germonprez and his wife Angie of Sunbury, GA, three daughters, Deborah Ann Bodine and her husband Bob of Lyndon, Patricia Jean Powell and her husband John of Edgerton and Karen Lee Brown and her husband Kevin of Boquete, Panama, twelve grandchildren Eric and Austin Bodine, Nicklaus Germonprez, Caitlyn Matias, Ryan and Brent Berends, Cody, David and Chris Powell, Mitchell and Dustin Brown, and Meghan Hines, and eighteen great grandchildren also survive.

Her sister, Nancy Pedersen, preceded her in death on December 24, 2017.

Inurnment will be at a later date in Mount Calvary Cemetery.
