Mariano Humberto Suarez Sanchez, lovingly known to his family and friends as “Noño,” passed away at the
age of 57 in Kansas City, Kansas.
Mariano was born in Hidalgo del Parral, Chihuahua, Mexico, and throughout his life, he made his home in
various places, including Kansas and Colorado. He was a hardworking man who dedicated much of his life to
working in the food and cooking industry.
Mariano had a love for traveling whenever he had the opportunity. He enjoyed listening to rock music and took
great pleasure in breeding canaries, a hobby that brought him happiness and peace. Most of all, Mariano
cherished spending time with his family. He loved family gatherings, where he could share food, laughter,
stories, and create memories with the people he loved.
Mariano is survived by his beloved son, Uriel Suarez Vega, and his two grandchildren, who were an important
part of his life and legacy.
Mariano will be remembered for his love of family, his hardworking spirit, his passions, and the memories he
created with those around him. Though he is deeply missed, the love he shared and the memories he leaves
behind will remain in the hearts of his family and friends forever.
May he rest in peace.
A short family viewing will take place on Friday, September 11, 2026 from 3:00 ~ 5:00 PM at Kansas City Funeral Directors, 4880 Shawnee Drive, Kansas City, Kansas 66106. Mariano will then be traveling back to Parral, Chihuahua, Mexico for burial.
