Pedro Salazar, Jr.

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Pedro Salazar, who passed away on July 12th at the age of 46. Born on June 14, 1980, he was the beloved son of Pedro and Martha Salazar. He was a devoted father, grandfather, brother, uncle, and friend whose love, strength, and kindness touched the lives of so many.

Throughout his life, Pedro was known for his big heart, generous spirit, and unwavering dedication to his family. He enjoyed going to breakfast with his parents, late-night car rides, and watching the movies he grew up on with his daughters. His greatest joy came from spending time with those he loved.

He is survived by his parents, Pedro and Martha Salazar; his four daughters, Alycia Salazar, Ilianna Salazar, Sienna Salazar, and Sophia Salazar; his grandchildren Analiz Rivera, Luis Rivera IV, and Yalenni Salazar-Gill; and his siblings, Maria Salazar, Fernando Salazar, Maria Salazar and Alex Salazar, along with many extended family members and friends who will cherish his memory forever. He was preceded in death by his grandmother, Soledad Perez.

Though our hearts are broken, we find comfort in knowing that his love and legacy will continue to live on through all who knew him.
