Phillip Joseph Fasso

Phillip Joseph Fasso, 76, of Kansas City, MO passed away peacefully, September 19th, 2023,
surrounded by his loving family and friends. A service memorial mass will be held at 11:00 am
on Thursday, September 28, 2023, at Holy Cross Catholic Church, 5106 St. John Ave., Kansas
City, Missouri.

Phil grew up in Kansas City, Ks and lived his entire life in the metro area. He was a lifelong
member of the Catholic Church. Phil loved his family, he loved cars, and being around people.
His love for people and food was demonstrated in many ways, including the manner in which
he owned and managed several restaurants as well as his successful catering business. He
adored and was adored by his many nieces and nephews. He kept everybody laughing and fed
at family gatherings.

Phil was preceded in death by his parents George and Josephine Fasso; sister, Esther Conaty;
nephew Dennis Conaty; and great nephew Anthony Michael Conaty. He is survived by sister
Millie Gross of KC, KS and sister Antoinette Marie Gifford (Paul) of Gulfport, FL, as well as many
other relatives and close friends. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made
in Phil’s honor to offset the cost of unexpected funeral/memorial services.
