Ray Neal Hon

Ray Neal Hon, 76 of Kansas City, KS passed peacefully at home on October 13, 2025.

Ray was born and raised in Missouri. After he completed high school, he proudly served in the U.S. Navy. Ray married his soulmate Phyllis and never spent a day apart in 44 years. He loved spending time with his family, watching Chiefs football and sitting in his recliner.

He was preceded in death by his mother, Mable and his son, Ray Jr. He is survived by his loving wife, Phyllis, his two daughters; Paula (William) and Laura, grandchildren; Matthew, Aynssa, Desirea (Justin), Micah, Aliyah (Daniel), Mia, Precious, Jadakiss and D’Ana, great grandchildren; Mason, Liam, Mila, Sa’Koiya and Saylor.

His love, laughter and light will be truly missed.

Visitation will be on Monday, October 20, 2025 from 4:00 PM~6:00 PM at Kansas City Funeral Directors, 4880 Shawnee Drive, Kansas City, Kansas.
