Trudy Maxine Parker

We're sad to share that Trudy Parker passed away in her home on Tuesday, November 21, 2023. She was born in TX in 1955, and spent several years living in Liberal, KS, Las Vegas, NV and Overland Park, KS. She was 68 years old at the time of her passing.

 

Trudy was an LPN for over 20 years. She worked in both hospital and home health settings and enjoyed caring for others. When she retired from nursing she spent 12 years working for Silpada. She enjoyed country music, Pepsi, her children, her grandchildren, her dog Ty and knitting. She received a life saving heart transplant in 2019 at KU Medical Center. The family is grateful to the Kansas University Heart Center for taking excellent care of her for the last 4 years of her life.

 

Trudy is survived by her brothers, Terry Cloud and George Records, her children Penny Fairman, Candy Masuch, Wayne Campell and Dusty Masuch, her grandchildren Jewel Roussos, Lizzy Roussos, Chris Closser, Wesley Fairman, Joshua Fairman, Madison, Cea, Belle and Brenna, and her great grandchildren Alyn and Elijah. Preceded in death by her mother Betty Records (2009).
