Our sweet boy Zaine Austin Harley Cantrell left us unexpectedly and way too soon on Wednesday, January 17, 2024 and made his final departure from us on Friday January 19, 2024 as he headed to organ donor surgery.
Zaine was so full of life, joy and happiness; He had the best smile and his laugh was pure… it was contagious! He loved Jesus, school, music, dancing, clothes and shoes (the brand he was on now was Champion) watching movies, cleaning (yes, cleaning!) being with family and helping others in any way he could. Zaine loved to talk endlessly… you could always count on a good conversation with him about anything and everything…. He talked from sun up to sun down. His true passion was vacuuming though. He loved vacuums from the time he could walk until now. He loved using them, cleaning them, fixing them… everything about them. He owned almost every brand out there…. But overall, he was a Bissel fan! Zaine was so genuinely sweet, very helpful, thoughtful, beyond loving, kind, caring, absolutely hilarious and was able to capture your heart. He always made sure to compliment people and comfort them when needed. You could see all of this in the
relationship he had with his sisters… he was the BEST big brother to them. He loved them whole-heartedly. Underneath all of that, Zaine was born with Tuberous Sclerosis Complex, along with
epilepsy and autism.
He faced challenges from the time he was born until he left us…. Challenges we will never understand. Zaine was so strong, brave and faced these head on like a warrior. He fought so hard to overcome the seizures he had… enduring them and then just going on about his day like nothing phased him. He was a true warrior every single day. Take the time to mourn for Zaine, but
remember how full of joy and life that he was…. All the loving memories you have with him….and be sure to do a little dance… he’d absolutely love that!
